As part of the Client’s decision of an award of contract, Newills are able to prepare and collate all the necessary Contract Documentation and incorporate any agreed alterations that may have been made post-tender.

An electronic and paper copies of well paginated standard or bespoke Forms of Contract would be completed with all appendixes and we would arrange for the Contract to be signed by the Clients and the successful contractor.

We also provide professional advice on Collateral warranties and are able to get all parties involved in signing/executing does so in a timely manner prior to the start of the contract or within a reasonable period.

We as well review contract documentation and provide you with a report on areas of risk and provide authoritative, commercially focused advice to eliminate or reduce risk.
